Wine & Yoga - The Perfect Pairing
Enjoy an evening of yoga combined with beautiful wines and scrumptious food. Begin with a flow and let go style class where the body is warmed up with Vinyasa and then mellowed down with longer Yin style postures. Finish the night with masterfully paired food and wine. Experience a structured tasting of two wines and appetizer portions at the moment when your body is most calm and receptive to nourishment and sensation—post yoga. The result? Infusing the mindfulness of yoga along with the heightened connection to our senses post yoga to deepen the enjoyment of amazing wine and excellent food. This is mindfulness practice for foodies and yogis alike!
